Trump never had an infrastructure plan..He wanted someone else to write it and pass it so he could take credit if it was successful.

Why were they mad before Trump chimed in? It was a good infrastructure bill. 19 Republican Senators in the Senate joined democrats to pass it months earlier....Most all conservatives were already pissed about these 13 Republicans before Trump chimed in.
The shame is not more than 13 Republicans in the house voted to pass this bill which was good for all of their right wing constituents too.

The bill you are speaking about is the Build Back Better bill, which has NOT been brought up for a vote yet, due to negotiations still happening.
