How many seats in Texas, Missouri, and North Carolina are apportioned based on out-of-control illegal immigration?

It is estimated that California has 2 or 3 House seats that they are not deserving of based on its population being US Citizens.

California is trying to overwhelm the Federal House based on a lie that they are deserving of these seats. Texas, Missouri and North Carolina are not.

Add to that the number of blue states that have 20 to 30% GOP and conservative population based on voting, but have ZERO representation in our country.
