Extremely. We sent nothing but almost expired shoulder fired missiles to Ukraine and they managed to hold off the 2nd largest armored force in the world. We literally used our oldest crap, through a proxy, to decimate our number one enemies armed forces. There were NUMEROUS reports of Russia getting old T-72's out of museums and trying to actually get them up and functional again. That is COLD WAR era shit.

We didn't even get out the REAL heavy hitters like our A-10's, Apache gunships, etc.
