I think all of these shenanigans are orchestrated by special interest groups operating in synergy for the express purpose of opening the door for the opportunistic designated victim status groups involved in the exhibitionism to do the soldiering against the right to free speech.

That this stuff is going on at the universities in particular is certainly no accident. They're the most strategically viable platforms to import and run such a gambit on the back of events in the middle east, leaving the door wide open for government to come in and run the last leg, predictably.

And if we're observant we do see segments of those organizations operating in places like this, very dedicated and consistently tryng to take control and shut every bit of speech that they do not like down by appealing to so-called authority from under the banner of designated victimhood.

The Republican Party support free speech, not only on college campuses, but everywhere else as well. What they (we) do not support are demonstrations on campus that violate their rules for rallies and demonstrations, that disrupt classes, that damage property, that slander college officials, and/or that promote hate agains a particular demographic, supporting terrorist organizations. If you want to advocate for "the Palestinians," knock yourself out. But do it peacefully and according to the policies of your own campus.

Every generation of college students supports stupid causes, people, and initiatives, because most college students have no life experience, and they are strongly influenced by the professors who, though much older, also lack real life experience. It goes with the territory.

MAGA's were not the ones who were shutting down campus talks by prominent Conservative and Republican speakers for the past decades. That was the Leftist crowd, the one that cannot defend its positions in any reasonable forum.
