Democrats Denounce Trump’s Plan to Use Foreign Steel in White House Ballroom
Democrats seized on a report that President Trump accepted a donation of foreign steel to be used in the White House ballroom, saying it showed disrespect toward American steel workers and raised questions about possible corruption.The New York Times reported Wednesday that ArcelorMittal, a steel company with headquarters in Luxembourg, had arranged a large donation of steel produced in Europe to form the structure of the White House ballroom.
Mr. Trump publicly mentioned the donation, which he claimed was worth $37 million, last October without revealing the identity of the donor. Days after his remarks, the administration announced a tariff exemption that would benefit ArcelorMittal.
Wait...........I'm sure that was just a coincidence. Nobody could believe an upstanding guy like trump would do anything so blatantly corrupt, right? Cuz he's never grifted before.

A crypto company run by President Donald Trump’s family members sold a large stake to investors tied to the United Arab Emirates just days before Trump’s inauguration, linking a Trump family business to a prominent member of the UAE’s governing elite.The investment, worth a reported $500 million, gave Emirati-backed investors a 49 percent stake in World Liberty Financial, a crypto company that counts all three of Trump’s sons as co-founders and is also closely tied with Steve Witkoff, a longtime Trump ally who is among his most prominent advisers.
Several months after the investment in World Liberty Financial, the UAE was granted access to advanced chips made in the United States that can help power artificial intelligence. The Trump administration scrapped rules imposed under President Joe Biden, paving the way for G42 to purchase advanced American-made chips.
Despite having a limitless capacity for stuffing information like this down the proverbial memory hole, trump fans are going to need to dig another hole if they haven't already. Because the news of corruption, incompetence, and mental incapacity is coming to light daily.
