It is not a false conclusion. Marijuana prohibition has been costly in many aspects of our society not just the economy.

Industrial and motor vehicle accidents as a result of the law being repealed will have a large cost. You seem to feel all the users will become law abiding citizens as soon as the law is changed. All it will do is encourage use in all aspects of life, including work.

Most(not all) of the users are law biding citizens already(bar this one) . Millions of people use it every day and and very few motor vehicle accidents can be atributed to Marijuana intocication.

The law that outlawed Hemp was unconsitutional. It's nothing new. People have been using this plant for thousands of years for many different things including but not limited too its euphoric effect. The laws have caused more problems and created more corruption in our society than the euphoric effects of the plant has caused.
