ā€˜Follow-up interviews with Trump supporters one year later reveal a souring on the administration’s policies — and not for just one reason.

ā€œInflation, immigration, and Epstein are all in the mix, but there's a giant mosaic of disappointments,ā€ reports Bulwark publisher Sarah Longwell, while reviewing voters comments in a Saturday podcast.

ā€œI see more people coming through the pantry lines than ever before, and every month it's new people, so it just tells me that there's greater need,ā€ said another. ā€œThe economy is not good. The job market's not good. The cost of living is sky high. It's really hard to make ends meet for people and that just kind of overshadows everything else. And you couple that with healthcare costs and insurance costs and things like that and people just can't get ahead.ā€

Yet anther disgruntled Trump voter complained that the way Trump talks to people with whom he doesn't agree is ā€œjust horrible.ā€ ā€œIt’s probably the worst of any of our presidents we’ve dealt with,ā€ said the respondent. ā€œI feel like the longer he's in office, the more we're going to plummet to not being a good community or quality country at all, period.ā€ā€™

The stupidity of voting for Trump.

And it’s not as if Trump voters didn’t know Trump is unfit to be president, given his failed, disastrous first term where he left the economy in shambles.

I'd vote for Trump again in a heartbeat.
There isn't one Democrat on Earth I'd vote for. Communism doesn't agree with me.

I think it was around 3 months into Trump's 2nd term that he dumped his base (calling us "weaklings" and telling us he "no longer needed our support"). So that's when I dumped him. His legacy has done nothing but decay ever since.

My personal life hasn't gotten any worse as a result of Trump (yet) outside of higher food costs. I got a really nice pay increase so I've been able to keep up with the Biden/Trump inflation. What has gotten worse, on the other hand, is my trust in the Federal Government. It dropped to .00001. If not for Thomas Massie, it would be at .00000. The Swamp is overflowing and Pam Bondi is the living drain plug.

I am officially "black pilled" and won't likely vote for anyone on the national level again (unless Massie runs for President). There's no point in it. I will still vote for local representatives or propositions and I may vote at the State level.

I'm done with the Pedo-lovers running D.C.

Praying at the altar of AOC? When did Trump leave the economy in shambles?

Really Ms. Jones, your cut and paste tirades are laughable jokes.

Anecdotes are not particularly useful without data supporting them like polling data. What do the polls say?

I just checked. Polls say lots of independent and GOP voters have moved away from Trump and are choosing democrats in the general ballot this fall. Hmm

If I "would" be a US Republican - I would never consider voting for the present Democrat Party. - far too much Lefty/Lib influence.
I would simply abstain from voting for MAGA dolt figures and concentrate as how to strengthen the Republican Party that is represented by people like Thomas Massie.

Just saying.
