Which states are the most polluted?

Which states have the most children with out health care?

We all know the answers to these questions. So why is it? How come when conservatives are in charge, states "fail"? Conservatives have been in charge of Red States for over a hundred years. And how come the more conservatives a state is, the poorer it is?

Interesting choice of words , "conservative rule". Rule is a big thing with the radical left. In case radical lefties didn't notice there are no permanent "red states" or "blue states" except in their bigoted closed minds. The majority of the people still elect the politicians they like and folks are free to move anywhere they want to (for now).
