Not just blacks. At the link I posted scroll to the bottom. The video clearly shows white peoples were looting too. All they accomplished though was not having a Targets to shop at. Targets will never re build that store.

He said he is for sure getting charged with manslaughter at the minimum and the second cop that stood there next to him with this arms folded will likely get charged also. As for the other two involved, they were off camera so depending on what they were doing they could end up charged or getting their jobs back.

Target should really put a lid on this, particularly as it has expanded out of Minneapolis clean into St. Paul.

The CEO should post signs at all Targets "Effective Immediately, Looters will be shot on sight." If you are going to have to deploy a Team Member to Aisle 10 for a clean up, they might as well be cleaning up someone brains splattered all over the place.
