That haven't been updated since the 70's. They are in the middle of trying to update it, but haven't had a missile test, AFAIK, in decades. Russian defectors have reported back that most of Russias crap wouldn't leave the launch pad. Their GDP is equal to that of Texas. It costs A LOT to keep nukes ready to use. They only have 1700 deployed warheads with only 326 ICBM's. We have anti missile capability to knock most of them down and Russia knows this. Even the Oreshnik. Which is not even new. It's just old technology "put together in a new way." It's just a redone version of one of their old ICBM's with a booster stage removed which just reduces its range. All ICBM's are hypersonic. Hell the space shuttle was Mach 18 on reentry.
