Was it really the Dems who did that? I had always thought it was the CIA.

I have been thinking about the illegal problem for a while. It seemed like for a few decades, the border was under control and Mexicans weren't pouring in. Then suddenly there was wave after wave of illegals. I really think the government had been sending special agents to Mexico to tell people to come to the US illegally, telling them how easy it was and where to go for work and to obtain resources. I really think there was a planned, deliberate effort.
