A person can be right about a problem that needs to be addressed, and wrong about the way they choose to address it.
Trump has been The Greatest President of All Time -- in demonstrating that fact. A Neanderthal approach to everything only CREATES more problems than it solves. Unfortunately, that simple concept is too complicated for some to grasp.

Trump's polling means nothing; he isn't running for anything. Especially since your own polls show that numbers bounce all over the place. In another 5 months, Trump's polling might be up over 60%!
Why do people try to perpetrate this myth that that if a number dips down that this indicates some permanent trend instead of a fluctuation?
Meanwhile, democrats poll at a steady 18%. No worries there, right?
The GOP better get off their asses and start prosecuting and convicting several of these people they have been forever investigating, while passing into law many of the EOs that Trump has been signing, because they have a midterm election coming up.

I don't disagree that Trump's core base is not abandoning him at this point, but independents and other of his constituiences that switched to vote for him may be. My comment was based on Rasmussen conducting the poll. Given Rasmussen's history of leaning right, if Rasmussen has Trump losing support that cannot be good news for Trump, or the Republicans for that matter.

Heading into a year with midterm elections, 18 percent of voters approve of the way the Democrats in Congress are handling their job, while 73 percent disapprove, which is a record low job approval rating for them, according to a Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pea-ack) University national poll of registered voters released today.
Quinnipiac University first began asking this question in 2009 and the previous low was in July 2025 when 19 percent of voters approved of the job the Democrats in Congress were doing, while 72 percent disapproved.

This suggests that his approval rating on everything else, is heading to the gutter.
Don't you understand that the Democrats poll numbers are far far worse? You shot your best shots and still Trump outperforms Democrats.
