"Sen. Raphael Warnock, who is a reverend, faced criticism over a tweet posted on Easter Sunday saying the meaning of the holiday "is more transcendent" than the actual resurrection of Jesus. Warnock gave a Sunday service where he talked in part about life and how -- with the coronavirus -- this season has "been a season of separation. Allie Stuckey, an author and podcast host, tweeted, "There is nothing more transcendent than the resurrection of the God-man, Jesus. Literally: his resurrection transcends our finite conceptions of science & rationality."

He may have deleted the above tweet but the damage was already done...he has exposed himself once again as a muslim Jesus hater....To claim there is something more transcendent than Christ's resurrection should basically be a crime...especially by someone who claims to be a pastor, someone who touts that he is the pastor of MLK's former church.....MLK would have never talked about the crap this fake reverend just said.

Take this tweet statement for example from another Jesus hating anti-Catholic communist (the Pope):

Notice how these folks (the Pope, Warnock, TD Jakes, etc) don't ever mention the things Jesus really preached about?? Like Dr. Seuss books, how toymakers market Mr.
Potatohead and cancel culture in general -- that was Jesus' ministry... MLK nor any other true Christian will say anything like this....this is total complete blasphemy.

Nothing about the reproductive justice of abortion, eh?

Marx would have loved him even though he abhorred religion.

lol ... oh please. even if he were muslim or agnostic or even a warlock, one doesn't get to claim the 1st amendment for chistianity only.....
am i right?

& as a side note - easter is a pagan holiday that so called 'christians' absorbed into their celebrations.

many, many years ago when I attended services they used to do the same thing year after year..We used to do sunrise services on Easter which sucked because you have to get up at five o'clock in the morning.

the OT sanctioned abortions performed on pregnant women by priests even if their husbands only suspected they were with another dude.

11 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
12 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man's wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him,
13 And a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be defiled, and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken with the manner;
14 And the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled: or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled:
15 Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.
16 And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the Lord:
17 And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water:
18 And the priest shall set the woman before the Lord, and uncover the woman's head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse:
19 And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse:
20 But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband:
21 Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The Lord make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the Lord doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell;
22 And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen.
23 And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water:
24 And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter.
25 Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the offering before the Lord, and offer it upon the altar:
26 And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water.
27 And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.
28 And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed.
29 This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead of her husband, and is defiled;
30 Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the Lord, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law.
31 Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.

Just as I suspected, this has nothing to do with man performing abortions, rather, it was merely judgments coming directly from God himself.

The Good Samaritan is an example of Christ coming to save us

25 On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
26 “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”
27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’[a]; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b]”
28 “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”
29 But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”
30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii[c] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’
36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

Notice how the man that lie dying by the side of the road was incapable of saving himself?

This is something heretics like Warnock have no concept of.

He really thinks that the salvation of the country hinges on the Marxism of the DNC.

it was merely judgments coming directly from God himself.
Allegedly- man's words, translated how many times over how long a period of time- and, why didn't He? get his memo to the West? Did God? not like westerners? Or was it just the topography he didn't care for? SMH-

Actually the story has deeper meaning if you understood more about the story.

The Jews and Samaritans were natural enemies, or at least, suppose to be. So the last person that should have helped the Jewish man was the Samaritan. Conversely, the men the passed the Jew that lie dying in the ditch were the exact people who should have helped their brother. First a priest passed him by and did not bother to help, a man who supposedly dedicated himself to helping people like him. Then a Levite did the same, the tribe that was declared to be priests to God and no one else.

So taking this into context, the message is clear. It is about loving your adversary, and calling out the hypocrisy of the religious leaders who care more about their social status and bank account than meeting the needs of people made in the image of God.

he gives her some CONcoction to drink that causes her to miscarry ... by bringing on a curse.

where do you think that expression females use ' i got the curse ' means, 'eh?

it causes her to bleed - thus a miscarriage.

are you one of them thar 'christians' that likes to use the story of Lot in sodom & gomorrah to justify homophobia & it being a sin too; yet never seem to mention how Lot had sex with his daughters after all that?

nice try at spinning on yer part thugh.

IF she were preggers, she'd miscarry. again, all the hubby had to do was SUSPECT she committed adultery. no pregnancy = no miscarriage.
