1. White people make sure they live as far away from black people as possible.
2. Black men know they will be severly punished for attacking a white women.
3. White women are outright crippled by basic social interaction with people they don’t already know. Things only get worse if the man who’s talking to her should, god forbid, be obviously try hitting on her and if he’s black man ? That’s an outright emergency.
