Racism in the crossing signal control signage

I think the racist intent is pretty obvious here - persons of color are supposed to push the button for white people to cross, and the persons of color are then supposed to protect white people from possible harm while crossing the street by forming a block around them.

This is in racist San Antonio
I am going send this to the San Antonio Spurs and the NBA Players Union and they will probably pay for a statue in my honor.
