Question for liberals. Whatever happened to evaluating a prez after 100 days?

A traditional media marker for evaluating a president is the 100 day mark. You judge a prez's performance in April.

Maybe the old timers can weigh in on this. Was there a time when the media mostly held back until the 100 days passed?

Some critique before 100 days is fair enough, but it seems to me that malcontents will criticize no matter what. Globalists will global?

Yes. Before bush sr. they would criticise...but not harp on the prez the way they do today (for the first 100 days)...but that was to bring America together after the election...for the good of the country & its citizens.

There were tough but honest questions. Lots of them to reagan about Iran contra. But they didn't verbally assault him like they did to Trump in the first term.

So far in this 2nd term Trump hasn't allowed it. So the verbal assaults have not been face to face with Trump...but I'm sure they soon will be. Their TDS gets the better of them & they can't help themselves!
