We are told we have to have DEI. It is essential for the country.

However, not a single supporter of DEI has ever been able to list a single DEI hire. And if someone says a person is a DEI hire they are called RACIST.

Something isn’t adding up.

So my question to DEI supporters is: Can you provide a list of awesome DEI hires?

I predict we will get exactly ZERO examples.

"Diversity hire", "equity hire", or "DEI hire", are disparaging and controversial labels for persons from underrepresented groups, which are, according to this label, assumed to be less qualified and have supposedly received preferential treatment due to DEI policies

I have a big problem with this, I didn't even need to read the rest of it.

So, I am assuming that Americans are being told by their government that they have to have DEI. This bothers me, because the government shouldn't have any business imposing its morality on the people. If anything, the people should tell the government what their values/morality..etc are. I really feel that people are so used to their government telling them what to do that they are now ok with stuff like this. I would have just told the government to f*ck right off, but I am just one person, I have no power.

All This Is Directed Negatively, Not to What It Pretends to Address

Who owns the government? Those who benefit from humiliating the talented in order to make them feel lucky to be accepted at all.

The number one beneficiary of DEI has been white women.

You’re a racist because you think it just benefits black people.

maga stupidity on display again.

Ok I am not entirely familiar with the concept of DEI, but shouldn't the position go to the most qualified person? If there are two people, one is a white male and the other is like say, a black male, and the first one is more qualified, but the position goes to the second one in the name of DEI, then it's simply a form of racism.

Nobody will answer this question

Dembots don’t even know what DEI means, they are just repeating what they are told

Is the white one always more qualified in your mind?

And again, just with the black/white shit.

Did I say or imply the white one is always qualified? Did you see the word "If" at the beginning of the sentence? And I use the black/white pairing cause it's the most common one in your country.

Sure, your not a tacit racist.

Can you name which people benefited the most from DEI programs?

No one in America can eliminate DEI because it is related to the U.S. Constitution. If those conservatives attempt to undermine it, they will ultimately fail. Wanna bet? lol. :)

While there isn't a specific list of "awesome DEI hires," I can provide insights into how DEI initiatives are beneficial and highlight some companies that continue to support these programs.

👉 What is DEI?

Diversity involves acknowledging and valuing the unique qualities individuals bring, such as age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and physical ability.

Equity refers to fair treatment and equal opportunities for all.

Inclusion means respecting everyone's voice and creating a culture where people feel empowered to share their insights.

👉 Benefits of DEI

Talent Pool: Expands the talent pool by considering diverse candidates.

Engagement and Trust: Increases employee engagement and trust.

Innovation: Fosters new perspectives and innovation.

Decision Making: Diverse teams make better decisions 87% of the time.

Financial Performance: Diverse companies are more likely to financially outperform their peers.

👉 Companies Supporting DEI

Despite some backlash, several major companies continue to uphold DEI initiatives:

Costco

Apple

Delta Airlines.

These companies recognize the importance of DEI in fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace, which can lead to better business outcomes and a more engaged workforce.

👉 Challenges and Controversies

Some companies have scaled back their DEI efforts following political pressures:

Walmart

Meta

Amazon.

However, many experts argue that DEI is crucial for creating equitable and inclusive environments, especially in a diverse country like the United States.

In summary, while there isn't a specific list of "awesome DEI hires," companies that prioritize DEI often see significant benefits in terms of talent acquisition, employee satisfaction, and business performance.

Don't you realize Google lies a lot?

"Diversity" means hire anyone except white males.

"Equity" does not mean equality. Just ask Kamala.

"Inclusion" means you get a transgender boss and your engineers identify as dogs and cats.

I'm waiting for someone to show me HOW white women benefitted from DEI. If someone can show me the company who hires women because they are white, I'll believe you.
