Quaternions are Non-Mathematical

Suppose I tell you there is another number 5 distinct from 5: isn't this fictional?

Anyway saying there exists more than one sqrt(-1) such that sqrt(-1) not = sqrt(-1) is stretching the truth, therefore false.
because people have active imaginations, so one person's i may be different from someone else's i.

Mathematics is supposed to be precise and independent of a particular mind. Therefore one of their i's must be fictional.

all imaginary numbers are fictional. Three cheers for fiction!

Could someone please quote a model that satisfies the axioms of quaternions?
