Fields has the arm and accuracy but hold the ball to long. Won't get away with that in the NFL. That can improve with reps but high draft picks almost always are put on the field to quick. He needs to learn behind veteran. Lawrence is ready to start day one. Only problem is he will go to crappy team. Hopefully they protect him well enough to build around him. Lot of these guys on bad teams just get hammered to much to quick.
