Actually, a win for Russia would be to leave Ukraine now and drop its objections to Ukraine becoming a member of NATO, because the situation only gets worse for Russia if it drags this out.

U.S. defense-tech firms have spent months testing their drones in Ukraine, but some now leave their drones in storage because they couldn't perform perfectly in Ukraine's harsh battlefield conditions.

I doubt there will be much negotiation . Russia will essentially tell the US what will happen and that they can whistle if they do not like it . Naturally it will not be publicly wrapped up that way . I assume Russia will have Donbass plus the four "new" regions and obviously Crimea . It will be interesting to see how Dear Uncle P allows the other "bit" including Kyiv to be structured .
