Putin´s Vologda Deputy Governor Mikhail Glazkov approved Stalin's crimes against humanity. Why even in the west for some stalinism is ok even today ?
Deputy Governor of the Vologda Oblast Mikhail Glazkov publicly approved of the shootings that took place during the time of Joseph Stalin.
This happened at a meeting of the interdepartmental commission, which considered the implementation of one of the region's investment projects. The video from the meeting was published by the Deputy Governor's telegram channel.

During the Nuremberg trials after WWII, even among all the evidence and convictions for crimes against humanity, the USSR tried to pin the Katyn massacre on Germany as another one of their crimes committed. Despite having 'witnesses', and despite seeing all the evils committed by the nazi party, the allied courts threw out these claims and never officially charged any of the German defendents for the USSR's war crime. So even back then, despite how hard the Soviets tried to pin it on the Germans, the world knew it was the NKVD who committed the massacre.
