Your posts aren't translating very clearly to English. So my response may not address your post precisely.
The "Ruthen" population is a small group of Ukrainians, like the "Lemko" population was. That area was a mixing pot for many different nationalities as the borders and countries evolved. Like "Galicia" came and went with the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

My point is that those populations are not "Ruthen" today. If you look at DNA testing there is no "Ruthen" DNA. Ukraine is a developed country with established borders, and even applied for admission into NATO. If you are referring to portions of Ukraine speaking Russian, that does not mean that those areas are part of Russia, even if Russian occupies those areas. Sanctions on Russia should make them leave eventually.

The question was "Who is Putin, and if yes, how many?". That's a variation of a German book about philosophy from Richard David Precht: "Wer bin ich - und wenn ja, wie viele?" ("Who am I - and if yes, how many?").

It gives us an impression about the things which we don't know and in which irreal directions a real answer we might be able to find. It speaks not about multiple personalities. It is a question from someone who is used to find questions - and it is not an answer - it's an expression of the lifestyle to be a funny philosopher.
