Don't worry, Europe is going to step in and fund the war. European countries will stop Putin in his tracks no matter what it costs.Still, do you agree with | Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges (Trump must force him into lasting peace) ?
The Rheinmetall stock is up 72% last months. I guess many Europeans are divesting in the US and buying European defense companies. Rheinmetall, SAAB (78%), EUtelsat (+288%), Thyssenkrupp (+98%), Hensoldt, Thales, Mildef, BAE, Leonardo, Renk, Kongsberg, Kebni (+104%) etcEurope is going to step in
Bad news for MoscowDon't worry, Europe is going to step in and fund the war.
Why isn't Moscow already defeated? What are they waiting for? Why are you online when you should be in a foxhole with a rifle fighting Russians?Bad news for Moscowempire . 83% Finns (and 9 out of 10 Norwegians) are ready to fight Muscovite imperialists anytime , anywhere
Wrong, the Soviets were horribly over-extended by the time they took Berlin. The WAllies had far better strategic and tactical air forces, better artillery, far better logistics, the late model M-4s were better tanks than the T-34s and more reliable than any Soviet tank. The Red Army equipped with the best supplies the WAllies could provide could barely cope with the resource-starved German army and air force. Wallied air power would have isolated the Red Army and starved it to death. The Red Army was already having major problems moving supplies across a devastated Eastern Europe while the WAllies had solved their supply problems and had access to functioning French and Dutch ports as well as most of the major German ports. All of the Soviet supplies had to come several thousand kilometers from the factories behind the Urals and the remaining farmland which couldn't even feed the factory workers, let alone the workers AND the Red Army. The Soviets were attempting to repair the rail lines destroyed by the retreating Germans using slave labor (locally acquired civilians) with hand tools. Since the Germans destroyed not only the ties and rails, but the roadbed itself, that was a slow and herculean job. Here is a link to the so called "rail wolf" that the Germans used: https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=7f1c...nLWZyb20tc292aWV0LXRlcnJpdG9yeS0xOTQ0Lw&ntb=1We would not have got out of Germany, and Zhukov would have been in Brest in a month.

The Germans totally destroyed the rail network not leaving a single usable bridge or foot of trackage. All the Red Army's supplies had to come by horse-drawn wagon or the fleet of American Deuce and a Halves (the so-called Studebakers) that would have started to break down in massive numbers since the Red Army lacked the spare parts and trained mechanics to maintain them. The second the Soviets attacked all Lend-lease shipping would have turned around and returned to Wallied ports bringing massive amounts of already loaded supplies for the WAllied armies to use against the Red Army. The Soviet offensive would grind to a halt due to supply deprivation within a hundred miles.

Wrong. The US was still cranking out troops for Olympic and the troops being transferred could be transferred right back. The US had at least fifty training bases and tens of millions of military aged males not serving. The USSR was completely tapped on manpower drafting women into combat formations. The Red Air Force was a third rate one at best with aircraft so inferior that it viewed second line aircraft like P-39s and P-40s superior to locally built aircraft like the MiG-3 or LaaG 3. It wasn’t until late 1944 that the Soviets began to build aircraft competitive with western designs, but still deficient in range and service ceiling, The Soviets had nothing to compare with the WAllied strategic air forces with their Liberators, Flying Fortresses, Lancasters and Halifax’s. The Soviets were begging for American A-20s, B-25s using over four thousand of the two aircraft. That’s a full third of the Soviet’s multi-engined bombers. The Soviets had nothing to compare with the clouds of Thunderbolts, Mustangs, Lightnings, Spitfires, Tempests, Tornados, Beaufighters, Mosquitos, not to mention all the Hellcats and Corsairs the USN could bring to bear. Within a week the USN and RN could have several carrier task forces operating in the Baltic attacking Soviet targets with more on their way from the Pacific loaded to the gills with experienced fighter groups and their planes, plus more being ferried on their decks. The Russians couldn’t establish aerial supremacy against the Luftwaffe until the WAllies gutted the Luftwaffe fighter force, the WAllies would slaughter the poorly trained and poorly equipped Red Air force leaving the Red Army to be slaughtered by WAllied Tac Air. Remember, the Luftwaffe was still able to operate Ju-87s and Hs-123 ground attack aircraft on the Eastern Front in 1944/1945.The Americans were horribly overly extended by the time they entered Germany and Austria.
The Americans were transferring army divisions and air forces to the Pacific.
The British and the French were \war exhausted and would not support an assault into the East.
The US had no training division at home. All American divisions were overseas.
The Americans had no German rail lines to support an assault into the East.
The Russian tactical air forces were at full strength.
The Red Army armored forces were seven times those of the Allies.
The West would have got its clock rung.
There were no training divisions stateside after January 1945. You cannot find any evidence that any were being trained.Wrong. The US never applied more than a fraction of its power in Europe, the Soviets stabbing us in the back would create a groundswell of hatred for the Russians like Pearl Harbor did for the Japanese. The Brits would feel the same way since they sacrificed to support the USSR.
Like I said, they could be turned around. And the logistics spigot would be immediately turned off. There were no training divisions stateside after January 1945. You cannot find any evidence that any were being trained.
Reading the rest of your nonsense is nonsense. The Russians had been using women since the winter of 41/42.
We were concentrating on Japan and had shipped units out of Europe.
Nonsense. Patton was wrong, so are you. We did not have men or material in numbers to stop them if we attacked.Like I said, they could be turned around. And the logistics spigot would be immediately turned off.
Well he shouldn't have invaded them....April 2022
