Your assessment of Pooty Pops seems about as misinformed as is possible, imho .
Possibly why he finds it so easy to give others the run around and particilarly Americans .

I understand that the Mad Midget has been written out of the script and I suppose the only reason why he has not been publicly fired is to preserve some apparent script Drama .
Apparently he was given his private marching orders a few weeks ago .

This isn't a ceasefire, it is a request that Ukraine stop attacking Russia's infrastructure. It is something Russia has been doing for years but now Ukraine has the tools to turn the tables. I don't see that any of the fighting on the ground will stop.
