This was probably their biggest hit. Poly Styrene was hugely under rated. A great singer.

The Beat ( Paul Collins Beat not the English one ) “ Rock & Roll Girl “, Peter Case & The Plimsouls “ A Million Miles Away “ and The Sights “ So Much For Everlasting Love “ Early 80s Power POP

I cnt work out if this is genius or not. I think it is genius.

These guys were from another planet when the UK was listening to shite.

First Punk outfit on west Coast ( The Nerves ) was a three piece featuring Jack Lee ( “Hanging on the telephone” author ) on Lead vocals & Guitar and Paul Collins ( Paul Collins Beat / The Beat ) Drums and Peter Case ( The Plimsouls ) Bass ,formed in San Fransisco in 1974 , I was crew ( Drum Tech / Cartage / merch ) as a group and with their individual acts
