2) She violated the laws AFTER she left the State Department (and during). Once she stepped down she was 'read out' of TOP SECRET COMPARTMENTALIZED PROGRAMS that require extremely high security clearances, require a 'need to know', and that she had to be 'read into'. Once she stepped down, before she left, she was required by law to be 'read out' of those programs and required to sign a document stating she would no longer have any access to those programs, not have any information about them, and would never talk about them.

The FBI stated they found information pertaining to some of those programs on her UN-CLASSIFIED, UN-APPROVED, UN-ENCRYPTED, UN-SECURED server WHO SHE ALLOWED TO BE ACCESSED BY INDIVIDUALS WHO DID NOT HAVE SECURITY CLEARANCES...and ALLOWED TO BE BREACHED BY FOREIGN ENTITITES.
