Agreed....I changed them up. It's crazy confusing messing with the values of these but I did reduce them.

No one at USMB has even one splat anymore. I think the formula for negative rep needs tweaking. There should be a few folks over 5 and one, currently on sabatical should show 7 or 8 by now.

That's what it looks like happend. Since the negs go deeper into the negative numerical range it changed the splat. It doesn't look like there is an option to change that one and I've searched high and low.

Go to the members' list, sort by rep and then hit the reverse sort. All members on that page had 4 or 5 red splats.
