It's possible. Which is basically no worse than what we get now, where one party gets control of redistricting and nails everything down that way. At least with at large seats it's possible to get someone in there who isn't up the ass of the Ds or Rs.
To be clear, I think getting rid of the gerrymandering is worth whatever drawbacks there are in the multi-rep district thing. I just don't like the idea of setting up the elections as a referendum on party, rather than just voting for candidates.
