Trump used executive orders instead of following legislated immigration law....Biden used executive orders too.

We need tighter legislated immigration reform so both presidents don't use executive orders for our nation's immigration policy, and as a Nation we have the laws on the books necessary, instead of changing each presidency via executive order making their own rules.... allowing chaotic roller coaster policy instead of consistent policy...
