That isn't what the SC said, bonehead.No it is not. Biden has the legal authority. The Supreme Court ignored the rule of law.
If people doen't have to repay their loans, then he pretty much did.They didn’t waive the whole program.
The Supreme Court rewrote the law.That isn't what the SC said, bonehead.
They had to repay anything over $20k.If people doen't have to repay their loans, then he pretty much did.
Did you really think that link would work, Moroner?
The statute is on page 4. Apparently you didn’t read past page 3. Probably not past page 1.Did you really think that link would work, Moroner?![]()
That isn't a link to the statute, Dumbass. It's a link to them trying to justify their unconstitutional acts.
I always love is when some Dimwinger idiot steps on a rake thinking he can fool thinking people.

They added limitations to the ability to waive requirements that aren’t listed in the law.Link?
How would you know? You didn’t read it.And it in no way backs up your lies.
Next?
I've said it Dozens of Times.The only thing this thread will provide proof of is that the left here on this forum doesn't give one fuck as long as it's their choices that are in power.
Ah, so you were lying when you said it wasn’t a link to the statute.Yes, I did.
You lose again, Moroner.

~~~~~~Then they should have specified that in the language.
As it stands, the law gives the secretary that authority.
Did you say that when Trump did it? Hell no!Tater doesn't have the power to unilaterally appropriate funds, no matter how much it is. Both are clearly unconstitutional.
Please link to when Trump illegally appropriated funds.Did you say that when Trump did it? Hell no!![]()
Well, if you looked in to it, the government actually dicked many of the students over in many many ways with the student loans.... Biden was trying to help them, but in too broad of a way in my opinion, and only would give a patchwork of help and not solve the govt mistakes they made previously in the loan legislation, and all new loans would continue in the same bad manner.... It wasn't well thought out by whomever came up with the plan, again in my peon opinion.... Granted the right way to actually help the situation is more complicated, but it would have cost us, a lot lot less than the easy button they tried to press.It doesn't give him authority to change the whole point of the program, which was LOANING money for education, not giving it.
