Problem with new $100 dollar bills.

The U.S. treasury has identified a printing flaw with the New U.S. $100 dollar bills.
The paper folds up on itself,during printing, creating a blank spot on the bill. 30% percent of the new bills,
1.1 billion dollars worth, have the flaw.
