What this has to actually do with anything is economic and cultural international trade.

The Royals have quietly been a stalwart of negotiating and assisting in navigating the complicated process of trade in and out of the UK.
I understand that its seen as going to a ton of charity breakfast, lunches and teas....but the truth is a lot more complicated than that. It's actually boots on the ground data collection of who is producing what and who is needing what.
If you need anything to do with trade in or out of the UK a phone call to the Royals is all that's needed. Also your representative in the House of Lords is usually a lazy sort and is always needing a push by the Royals. The children as well as the king all work together to help with all of this as the work is spread out among everyone. (It is a LOT)

Andrew, as no longer functioning in the royal family, needs to give up his title, salary, and benefits.....for him to use the title in any fashion is confusing and counter productive to what the nation needs.

Phillip is likely training his children now in what to do and how to do it.

For example, American and Brazilian paper producers need special high pressure precision valves for their processes....and one of the Sheffield steel millers/machining plants could produce those valves the Royals will assist in getting said parts sold to the mills....getting the parts out of the country is not as easy as you would think....cant ship them in a wooden crate or plastic box or metal box. Gotta be shipped in a Cardboard box and have various stamps along with it. But UK doesn't make cardboard....so they need to import the boxes from somewhere.....and importing Cardboard is NOT as straightforward as you might think.

Its complicated....and that's what the Royals assist with. Yes, on the outside it appears they live a life of luxury and constant praise....the truth is vastly different. Very boring and mundane and complete drudgery while smiling, eating rubber lambchop, and shaking hands with little old ladies and geezers telling about their gardens.
