Not what I meant. I seriously doubt that the Crown didn’t know already what the late victim / author had to say. And most of us have seen him with her in a photo taken way back then.

When I wrote, “who knows,” I was unclear.

I meant who knows if the book had anything to do with Andrew’s chat with his brother, the King. It could be that there are some prosecutions pending? If so, maybe Andrew’s non Royal self will be called as a witness against whoever may yet be prosecuted?
