President Trump's Supreme Court Nominee, Neil Gorsuch, "Disheartened" by Trump's Comments

According to sources within the Supreme Court, Neil Gorsuch seems to be displeased with the President's recent comments regarding federal judges.

Not displeased. But he recognized the truth of Trump's statements. Gorsuch is not cut from the same cloth as activist Judges.

So you bet he finds the Judiciary these days and their relationship with the other branches of governments disheartening and demoralizing.

Have you ever read Gorsuch's scathing comments about activist judges? Trump was mild by comparison.

Trump needs to be coached on pat answers. For this case the pat answer is " I respect the judges opinion and will seek a better outcome on appeal". The USSC will rule correctly, but if this was a war, or an emergency, activist judges could cost lives. The downside....fewer refugees for 120-days. Bad decision by the left coast judge, don't know why the east coast judge's verdict in support of Trump was overruled??
