There are (almost) no POC's in my local Chic-fil-Ay. It has, by far, the best service I've ever seen in a fast-food joint, and the food is also pretty good. Where else do staff members come to your table and ask if you want a re-fill, or need any sauces?

Same here except for a few west african students but the two in my extended AO are both owned by a family that also runs two religious K-12 schools so they get all their help from those places.

Yep, I make 3 to 4 meals off one of those.....And don't even feel "poor" doing it!

Day 1....Drumstick/thigh for two with baked stuffin'.

Day 2....Butcher the rest after it's chilled....Chicken breast sandwiches for lunch....Make a batch of chicken salad or reserve the meat.

Day 3.....Boil the remainder of the carcass for the stock and make either chicken noodle soup or chicken and dumplings if I reserved some meat.
