I'm curious what people's opinions are on flag burning. Is it free speech? I personally tend to think so, though I don't see what someone could hope to accomplish by doing it.

What's been going on in this Country for Decades now is -- Suzy CreamCheese gets busted for slashing tires during a 1st Amendment Protected protest. The Judge dismisses the case BECAUSE it was during a 1st Amendment Protected protest.
People wonder why thousands of dimocrap scum get busted all the time and they get off with time served (overnight in the local jail) and let go.
Judges (who are virtually ALL dimocrap FILTH) let them go, claiming the crime was committed during a 1st Amendment Protected activity.

Setting a Flag on Fire is still protected speech but where it's illegal, it's illegal. If you set a Flag on fire now and it's in a place where fires are illegal to start, you're going to jail and face prosecution. That's all the EO says
Burning the Flag is still protected speech. You just can't do it in a crowded theater, or a Public Park or any place else where starting a fire is illegal.
