It is Joe Biden's constitutional duty as President to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” (U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 3).
Article IV, Section 4:
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
This provision is known as the Guarantee Clause.
The Guarantee Clause imposes three specific obligations on “The United States”—which, in this context, means the U.S. government. They are:
1. to guarantee every state a republican form of government;
2. to protect every state from invasion; and
3. when a state requests help, to protect that state against domestic violence.
What President Biden is doing, by refusing to enforce e US immigration laws, by refusing to protect the United States from 'invasion' and 'usurption' President Bidenhav violated the Constitution, existing US Immigration law, and his Oath of office.

Biden also has not attempted to limit the threat of this 'invasion' / these threats to the southwestern States. Biden has used rax dollars and government resources to engage in the illegal trafficking of these illegals all across the United States ... in secret ... without telling state and local agencies that they are coming.
The reason Biden's criminal government perpetrated this crime in secret and without warning is because he KNOWS what he is doing is Un-Constitutionl, is illegal, and does not want States to have time to file legal appeals and attempt other means to prevent the President from illegally trafficking these illegal immigrants into their states, thereby endangering its citizens and placing an an undue an illegal financial burden on the states.
