President Obama did this to show how toxic D.C. has become and the GOP unwillingness to do their damn job...

If Hillary Clinton does win, well the GOP has themselves to blame for not taking a better choice versus what she will hand the Senate next year or what Trump might hand them because he is just playing Conservative for the moment and will show his Liberal roots if elected...
