Or are you just trying to derail the 'Thread?
You say nothing about Riley... but this you have something to say?... and it has zero to do with Roe V Wade being gone....

Nah…I’m asking hypocrites how they reconcile their hypocrisy? Don’t be scared, answer the question.

You lying and throwing a temper tantrum about it doesn't make it so.
It has nothing to do with Dobbs the hospital says... now stop gas lighting people... I didn't throw a tantrum... I hate liars...

This is what Trump and the GQP Taliban have done to this country.

They will be punished on Tuesday. Enough of this ******* insanity.

Your article states, "There is a federal law to prevent emergency room doctors from withholding lifesaving care." Why did they break the law? That is the reason for her death and has nothing to do with abortion.

No, gomer....the doctors wouldn't treat her because the fetus still had a heartbeat and the doctors were afraid of being charged with a crime.

By the time the fetus died, it was too late to save the mother.

You MAGA Nazis are going pay dearly for your extremism on Tuesday...take that to the ******* bank.
Texas' ban includes an exception allowing the procedure if, in a doctor's "reasonable medical judgment," the mother has a "life-threatening condition" related to the pregnancy that puts her at risk of death or "substantial impairment of a major bodily function."

They did not do their job. End of story [/thread]

Nice try but another epic failure from you poor little lying liberal black heart!

You are just trying to derail the thread by changing subject. Go start one. This thread is taken.

This makes no sense. You have no idea what the **** you are talking about, as always.

Your "logic" makes no sense. Doctors in TX would not be terrified of helping their pregnant patients if it wasn't for the Dobbs decision.

End of story.

No, they wouldn’t be terrified of helping their patients if Paxton wasn’t being such an ass about this.

And doctors are terrified of violating that exception...which is why the girl died.

During the girl's 3rd emergency room visit, the doctors wasted 2 hours confirming that the fetus was dead before trying to give her emergency abortion surgery. Two hours that could have meant the difference between life or death.

This doctor says you are full of shit. --

Dr. Jodi Abbott, an associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Boston University School of Medicine, said patients are left wondering: “Am I being sent home because I really am OK? Or am I being sent home because they’re afraid that the solution to what’s going on with my pregnancy would be ending the pregnancy, and they’re not allowed to do that?”

Furthermore --

There is a federal law to prevent emergency room doctors from withholding lifesaving care.

Passed nearly four decades ago, it requires emergency rooms to stabilize patients in medical crises. The Biden administration argues this mandate applies even in cases where an abortion might be necessary.

No state has done more to fight this interpretation than Texas, which has warned doctors that its abortion ban supersedes the administration’s guidance on federal law, and that they can face up to 99 years in prison for violating it.

Some said the first ER missed warning signs of infection that deserved attention. All said that the doctor at the second hospital should never have sent Crain home when her signs of sepsis hadn’t improved. And when she returned for the third time, all said there was no medical reason to make her wait for two ultrasounds before taking aggressive action to save her.

“This is how these restrictions kill women,” said Dr. Dara Kass, a former regional director at the Department of Health and Human Services and an emergency room physician in New York. “It is never just one decision, it’s never just one doctor, it’s never just one nurse.”

While they were not certain from looking at the records provided that Crain’s death could have been prevented, they said it may have been possible to save both the teenager and her fetus if she had been admitted earlier for close monitoring and continuous treatment.
In other words, malpractice.

Get used to this folks

It will be happening a lot if we don’t find a way to make Roe the law of the land again … either by legislation or by changing the make up of the SCOTUS

And that means voting AGANST Republicans

Dog catcher to the White House
