Pregnant Teenager Dies In Texas, After Seeking Medical Help During 3 Emergency Room Visits

I don't need to do anything.

Every woman in the country will decide on their own....and Trump and the GQP Taliban are going to be ripped a new asshole on Tuesday.
Women in this country finally can decide what happens where they live... CA is a very different place than Alabama and our federal government does not get to impose their will on Alabama or any other pro life state... not any more... Roe V Wade was un American...

Electing MAGA Nazis is not putting abortion to a vote, Kleetus. Why should the citizens of TX just assume that abortion is ending if they elect Republicans, when it has existed for the past 50 years?

2 + 2 does not equal 5, except in MAGA fucktard world.
So, you hate our form of government. I get it.

Well...you can comfort yourself with that when all of MAGA world is crying on Tuesday.

This is what Trump and the GQP Taliban have done to this country.

They will be punished on Tuesday. Enough of this ******* insanity.

Very sad. For women in Texas that are pregnant, they need to head for the border at the first sign of trouble, if they wish to live, but be quiet about it, less they are caught trying to escape the state.

Thank you Trump and Ted Cruz..

And you are 100% wrong, by the way -- the doctors wasted two hours during her 3rd emergency visit, confirming that the fetus was dead before considering emergency surgery. Two hours that could have made all the difference in the world.

The doctor was afraid of breaking the law.

And Texas Republicans will never allow their citizens to vote on abortion....because they know the vast majority of Texans are pro choice.

That's how MAGA Nazis roll.
So then they’re vote them out in the next election and put in Democrats. Unless of course most Texas residents are Republicans, and then they’ll vote for the Republicans.

The majority still will make the decision.

.

Keep telling us about this fantasy.

.

  • A licensed physician must perform the abortion.
  • The patient must have a life-threatening condition and be at risk of death or "substantial impairment of a major bodily function" if the abortion is not performed. "Substantial impairment of a major bodily function" is not defined in this chapter.
  • The physician must try to save the life of the fetus unless this would increase the risk of the pregnant patient's death or impairment.
This is right from Texas law Is abortion illegal in Texas?

Wrongful death in Texas, a rotting dead baby inside her, perfect.

This has nothing to do with overturning Dobbs. This is the doctors not knowing what the laws are, and a Texas AG that is way over stepping his bounds.

Texas has exceptions for the life of the mother. As soon as she was diagnosed with sepsis, the baby’s should have come out, end of story.

That the doctors failed to act is on them. The first priority is to make sure the patient is well, and out of danger. If Texas decides to sue the doctor, then they can deal with that later, and the doctor will win that case.

I agree, Paxton needs to **** off with his threats, but this isn’t a Dobbs issue.

Your "logic" makes no sense. Doctors in TX would not be terrified of helping their pregnant patients if it wasn't for the Dobbs decision.

End of story.
