Capitalism, on the other hand, occurs naturally regardless of the political system and exists in every country from Norway to North Korea.

I think Communism that has been implemented at a national level, has been forced upon people. However I've known people who lived in a limited Commune. One where everyone was there and was a willing participant.

I think making it work at a national level would be supremely difficult. I think it could, potentially work if done right.
