last stop for sanity before reaching the south
Tomorrow, at least 4 and possibly 5 states will legalize recreational use of marijuana; including California, a state of 40 million people. 4 will be voting to legalize medical marijuana. Both Trump and Hillary have either shown no interest in stopping the trend or have shown support for it.

The tyranny has gone on long enough, and the people have set the ball rolling. Sooner rather than later, it will have too much momentum to be stopped, and that is good news.

Here’s why California is on the verge of legalizing pot

So you think legalizing pot will make meth, heroin, crack cocaine, etc go away?

You're delusional

Yep! Next up $15 - $20 a pack with a Federal Tax Stamp mandatory and a high licensing fee to grow your recreational drug.

With any luck there'll be plenty of money to pour into your ObummerCare...

What's next?

Cocaine, Meth, or Heroin? I say cocaine, because we can bunch it in with crack and hit two birds with one stone.

It should help. It weakens drug cartels by costing them billions, allows law enforcement to focus on issues that actually matter, and will prevent millions of people from being introduced to the criminal underground by letting them purchase marijuana legally rather than having to interact with dangerous and paranoid drug dealers

Wow, even when they see pop stars like Philip Seymour Hoffman offing themselves with overdope of Heroin they convince themselves that "Pot legalization spells the end to drug war". It goes to show that excessive Pot use causes irrational thinking.

The drug cartels will never go away. If all their drug revenue ended, they would start shipping in illegal weapons and homemade bombs.

Will it boost the economy by increasing the sale of Doritos?
As drug raids drop, will raids at Taco Bell rise? ;-)

It will be heroin because the left are big buddies with Mexico and Afghanistan.

What if people grow their own pot and barter with it?
Is the IRS really going to be able to track and police that?
Could this be the start of a new economy?

We are not going to be exchanging in hash. It is perishable, we already have a legal tender, and no bank is going to recognize it as a currency.

I hope you are being intentionally absurd.

It will be heroin because the left are big buddies with Mexico and Afghanistan. I am going to vote to legalize mJ and then I am going to grow my own and tax myself when I buy it from me!

Yes, just what we need. Another 25% reduction in worker productivity to compete in the One World Order of Socialists.

Oh, and don't forget to put the cattle catcher bumper on your car to prevent the dope heads from killing your kids on the highway.

So now we are China?

They justify most of their command economy bullshit with rhetoric about worker productivity.
