I upgraded my drives a year ago and my computer smokes now....I have the fastest internet connection speed that Spectrum offers...no waiting no donuts spinning ever and with ad blocker I get right on the page I click on.....without pop ups....

Looked at their current speeds and I should be getting 300 mbs for what I pay now!!!
Fuken crooks!!!
When we signed up for our current package they wanted me to use their router and I declined.
Started paying attention to our bill and found they'd been charging us a router rental fee for over a year.
They paid it back in reduced payments and now they're fuking me on speeds.

Time for a trip to the comcast/exfinity store with threats of cutting the cord.
