Possibility Of A Cover-Up

Do you think the U.S. gov't is using the ISIS "threat" as a cover-up for bigger issues?

We have all heard that the Islamic radicals of ISIS are threatening us with terrorism. But what if the government and media are blowing the threat out of proportion? Is the government trying to distract us from bigger issues and the inland threat of the police state the U.S. is becoming? After all, declaring war is another way to take away civil liberties in the name of "nation defense and security."

Think about it.

Not so much from other issues as much as anyone they can paint as an enemy is gonna be painted so they can justify another war.

Wars are big business. But even though there's alot of power behind the government pushing it into them, they still have to take some notice of the will of the American people. Without public support wars can't be sustained for very long. Make some scary bad guy though and the public behave predictably and like sheep.

Putin can actually deliver bombs to our doorstep. So yes, the reactions seem out of proportion to any real threat.
