Algae, rum, NASCAR, Hollywood and railroads, etc?

Yes algae might be important but not right now we need to face large immediate problems not algae or giving breaks, etc to businesses that make big profits already.

Esp entertainment industries.
I guess we are truely to the Bread and Circus stage of decline.
