Pope Leo XIV seems righteous in stating the dignity of immigrants must be respected. He said:
"When people are living good lives -- and many of them (in the United States) for 10, 15, 20 years -- to treat them in a way that is extremely disrespectful, to say the least," is not acceptable, the pope said Nov. 18."

BUT.....That is not happening in any form in the United States. Today, ICE is rounding up illegal aliens with U.S. criminal records and illegal aliens how have outstanding removal orders from a court. ICE is not targeting long time residents and they couldn't because there are tens of millions of them. ICE is culling the criminal population sent here from other countries like Venezuela.
I'm sorry to see such a misinformed Pope. If he is so concerned about these illegals, why doesn't he take them to the Vatican and Rome? After all, wouldn't Jesus do that?
