Supreme Court justices have to get paid and therefore it is Congress that determines how many Supreme Court Justices there will be. Some Democrats introduced legislation in 2021 to increase the court to 13 justices but it didn't fly then even though the Democrats had the majority then.

He mentioned Trump, several times. It was not classy. Amazing how these people can claim that when voters vote, it is taking democracy away. That is an insult to the voters.
