Obviously I don't allow TV around and have no idea who this "Judge Janine" is but clearly if she's reduced to talking-heading on Fox Noise she can't have much of a law career. And by the way a DA is not a "judge".

She was a judge, Pogo and has one of the sharpest legal minds in the country.
