Rights are earned, and then one becomes equal if not better all depending.

Those who scoff, hem or haw, tarry at the wine barrel to long and become drunkened, won't work, won't get along, aren't peaceful, hates others for no good reason, bullies others, abuses others, engages in perversion, lies, cheats, steals, lavishes in immoral behaviors, refuses to help others when needed, and uses up resources in a selfish unsharing and/or uncaring manor, is in no way entitled to anything without meeting at least the minimal amount of expected requirements in a civilized society.
