This is a meme, and I know that it's satirical in jest, but actually it should concern us greatly as to what actually went on between Ukraine and the Obama administration, especially when Joe was VP with a possible quid pro quo in question.

Without properly being able to get to the bottom of that situation, and make the proper assessments as is needed, our national security could be at great risk in a very bad way.
